We’ll be raffling off a Google Home Mini, OPSEU Local 503 Solidarity Boat Cruise Guest Tickets & other prizes.
Notice of Election: Trustee
Please be advised that there is a vacancy for one [1] Trustee on the OPSEU Local 503 Local Executive Committee.
For a detailed description of the Trustee position please see Section 29.6 of the OPSEU Constitution.
To stand for election, you must be physically present at the meeting or have submitted a proxy letter of acceptance by email to both Local President Laura Thompson [[email protected]] and Secretary Marlene Ward [[email protected]] no later than Tuesday October 29th at 4:30 pm stating the following:
“I, state your name, confirm that if nominated I will stand for the position of Trustee."
The Local will cover the cost of a taxi to all members bringing two [2] or more members to attend a General Membership Meeting.
The Local will also cover the cost of mileage & parking [as per the OPSEU rate] for all members using their private vehicles to bring two [2] or more members to attend a General Membership Meeting.
OPSEU Local 503 Solidarity Boat Cruise
Date: Friday November 8th
Departing: Queen’s Quay Terminal
Boarding: 6:30 PM
Cruising:7:00 to 10:00 PM
Join us for an evening of fun & fine food aboard the majestic Captain Matthew Flinders boat.
Tickets are free for members [one ticket per member]. Tickets will be available at the General Membership Meeting.
Guest tickets can be purchased for a total of $20 dollars per ticket. Guest tickets will be available for purchase at the October General Membership Meeting.
