If several members in your office wish to participate via webcast, why not ask your manager if you can use a boardroom equipped with the required AV equipment? It would cut down on travel time, which they might appreciate. If five or more members gather in a boardroom at their workplace to tune into the meeting, we'll send pizza over for lunch!
